We are happy to refund or exchange goods if returned within 30 days of purchase. This excludes personalised and customised products.
If the order is for a christmas present we will refund returns upto the 7th January.
If you wish to cancel an order that you have just made or hasn't been received, please email email@example.com or call 07890 338652, to let us know and so we can arrange a refund or exchange of goods.
We will not accept items back in anything other than the condition received, even if subsequently cleaned.
Items must be returned unused, unsoiled and in the original packaging with the original labels attached.
The cost of returns is to be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or has been despatched incorrectly.Please include the Equestyle Delivery note when returning.
In the case of a faulty item, please message us within 7 days and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. Usually, a refund will be issued or the item will be exchanged. However, we will need to send a courier to collect the faulty item before refund or exchange.
Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 working days. Please check your packages carefully when taking receipt and ensure that you are signing for the correct number of packages and that any noticeable damage is reported to the courier.
We do not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 working days from the expected delivery date.
Sale items are unfortunately non exchangeable or refundable.
